1) Studio Hire
Our large studio room, located at street level on Alexander Drive, boasts 2 shop windows and measures approximately 6×8 sqm plus a 3.5×2 sqm hall area.
The studio can accommodate up to 23 mats (depending on the set-up ) offering ample space for various activities. Free parking on the road Mo-Fr after 5.30pm and in the week-ends. We encourage to come by bus, bike, walking: it’s good for you and the planet!
Equipment and Amenities
Yoga and Meditation Supplies:
32 mats , 15 bolsters, 30 rectangular foam blocks, 30 cork blocks, 15 yoga belts, 16 blankets, 25 cushions, 15 padded floor meditation chairs (10 out, the rest upon request as stored). 6 sockets in the studio room plus others in the whole space (1 extension cable on site). The space is equipped with five 6 feet folding tables (each H73.6, L182.9, D69.9cm) and 1 small glass rounded table, 12 folding chairs +4 normal chairs. Extra 12 chairs from the cafe available during closing time. Small portable sound speaker. One kettle, 11 cups, 13 glasses.
Utilities: 8 sockets in the studio room, additional sockets throughout the space, and 1 extension cable on site.
Lighting and Flooring: White-painted walls, wooden floors, and adjustable ceiling lights to create the perfect atmosphere. Shutters to allow 100% darkness if required.
Connectivity: Free fast Wi-Fi.

2) Therapy Room Hire
The room features a professional Klarfit MT 500 massage table. Its 10 cm thick fine cell foam padding ensures maximum comfort and muscle relaxation. The table’s 10-stage tilting backrest, removable armrests, headrest, and closable face hole allow for versatile massage positions.

Enjoy a private bathroom and an essential oil diffuser for a complete sensory experience. Arbonne vegan and cruelty-free skincare products are available for purchase.
